Science Fiction Adventure
in the Far Future

The Aslan calendar is based on a year (ftahea) of about 320 standard days made up of 212 eakhau (days) of about 36 standard hours; each eakhau of the ftahea having its own unique name. The ftahea count begins with first selection of the Tlaukhu as supreme council on Kusyu, circa -2083 Imperial. The campaign opens in the Trojan Reaches sector in ftahea 3038 (1107 Imperial).

3038:
150 - Made Thor without incident. As described in the Atlas, this is a low tech colony world with little to offer us. Cargo delivered to the small orbital facility and a new cargo of syrups and crystals taken on. Passenger applications were politely declined. Crew taking port leave found the locals aloof and a tad agressive. Hotheads were sorely pressed at times, but offense was avoided.

156 - Arrive by Odin's gas giant, sensors spot a small merchant more or less on a converging path. Pleasantries exchanged. 'Merchant' changes course on final approach; on hail demands immediate surrender. After a swift exchange of missiles and beams, the corsair is dead in space with Aofahr directly astern. Boarding party sent via pinnace to secure the corsair.
After a careful search up the starboard side of the vessel (the one with a live turret), Thiohr's muttered pleas for some action finally bear fruit as the party flushes two pirates who immediately open fire, one with a tac missile!
Holding in place, Aofahr's boarding party awaits reinforcement, then captures the vessel with light casualties. Aofahr comes alongside and tethers while her crew asseses the damage to their prize.
