The ubiquitous 100 ton Type S Scout is the single most common starship plying the spacelanes. Of the thousands which have passed into private hands, many have been modified for asteroid prospecting, and are usually known as Seekers. The deck layout shown is representative of the base model Scout with the most common modifications incorporated.
This deck plan is an corrected version of the Type S Seeker from the original Traveller rules. The original plan given in the rule books does not conform to the ship creation rules, having two additional decks which would in reality protrude outside the wedge-shaped hull.
